A couple minutes, no code. This one lives as a personal Skill in your account, not a public link, so once it’s in, it’s just there whenever you need it.
Let’s get you set up.
📥 Download the skill file (.zip)A focused tool that mirrors back a negative belief you’re stuck on, then digs for real, specific proof against it, one question at a time, in Teagan Hintze’s voice. It hands you the receipts and stops there. No lectures, no big reframe speech.
Personal Skills need a paid ChatGPT plan (Plus or higher). If you’re on the Free tier, you likely won’t see the Skills option at all, that’s the first thing to check if step 3 comes up empty.
Click the download button above to grab the .zip
file, then save it somewhere easy to find, like your Downloads
folder. Don’t unzip it, it gets uploaded as-is.
In the ChatGPT sidebar, look for Plugins, then click over to the Skills tab.
Click the + button, choose New skill, then Upload from your computer. Select the zip file from step 2.
It should now show up under Installed on the Skills page.
Start a new chat and say something like “I feel like everyone’s about to find out I’m faking it.” ChatGPT should pick up the skill on its own, no need to name it or ask for it directly.
